Noelle moves critical initiatives forward at CHT by building systems that bring clarity and momentum to cross-functional work. She manages development operations, engagement workflows, and organizational platforms while ensuring teams have the structure and documentation they need to collaborate with alignment and impact.
Prior to this role, Noelle served as Executive Assistant to CHT's Executive Director and held operations management positions across mission-driven organizations. She excels at identifying opportunities for growth and designing creative solutions that connect organizational objectives with day-to-day execution. At the heart of her work is a commitment to systems thinking, strategic coordination, and enabling teams to do their best work.
Based in the Bay Area, Noelle is a certified breathwork facilitator, dedicated meditation practitioner, and passionate about community weaving, innovation, sustainability, and spending time outdoors.
